Josh Karshen - Diving Development Officer / Head Coach
Josh started diving at the age of 14. He was recruited to Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, United States. Over the next five years he would move his way up through the U.S. Diving ranks. Earning two silver medals at the Big Ten Championships, two All Big Ten Team spots, and two Big Ten Diver of the Week awards.
Josh has trained under some of the best coaches in the U.S. including Wenbo Chen who is now the United States Olympic coach and Adam Soldati who is one of the best young collegiate coaches in America. Josh has competed at almost all levels and trained with or competed against some of the best divers in the world.

- 2004 World Cup Trials - 7th place platform synchro
- 2005 National Championships - 10th platform, 5th place platform synchro
At these meets Josh trained with and competed against Olympic Champions, Olympic team members, national, and International medallists.
After his diving career Josh started the Boilermaker Diving Academy at Purdue University. After a two years of club operations he decided to coach internationally and was accepted into Cambridge Diving and Development Centre. He expects nothing but hard work and greatness from both his divers and himself.
