Kyle Treiber - Masters Diver

Kyle started gymnastics when she was 5 and spent most of her young life upside down. Whether cause or effect she continues to enjoy a somewhat skewed perspective, though her gymnastics career ended at 22 when she finally realized the limitations of the human body. By then she had competed nationally for nearly ten years - up to USGF and USAIGC Level 10 - and captained her university team (UNC-CH) to Top 5 victory three years in a row. A combination of nostalgia and pragmatism led her into diving in August of 2004 and she placed second in her first novice competition scarcely three months later.

She balances diving alongside rowing for her college and fencing for the University while pursuing a PhD in Criminology studying adolescent brains (yes, they do have them) and delinquent behavior.
