Many of the documents available from this page and elsewhere on the web site are in Adobe's PDF format. These need a reader, which is freely available from Adobe's web site, here:

The reader is available for Windows, Mac OS and Unix. Linux users will find their installation already has several PDF viewers (KPDF is probably the best one), though Adobe also offer their own reader from the above link. There are probably viewers for every other platform you can think of - for example, there is one for RISC OS here.

Reference Documentation

This section contains reference documentation. You will find the Cambridge Dive Team Squad Progressions and Conditions in this section. These will help divers to set achievable goals and targets to progress through the Cambridge Diving Development Centre.

Other documents such as nutritional information, diving articles based around training theories and techniques, and relevant psychological skills will also be ongoing additions to this section. These are documents that may interest divers and their parents as well as providing alternative views besides those given by the Cambridge Diving Development Team.
