Timetable
The charts below show the timetable for each squad's diving times. All sessions take place at Parkside Pool unless otherwise indicated.
In addition, there is public diving open to absolutely everybody in term time on Tuesdays and Fridays from 13:00 to 14:00. These sessions are run by Parkside pool and are no longer connected in any way to the Dive Centre.

Entry Squad
There are three squads covered here: E1, E2 and E3. The entitlements vary according to squad, and in the case of E1 also according to which E1 squad the diver is in.
Squad entitlements are:
- E1 - one session from Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. You should know which day is yours!
- E2 - any two sessions from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. No trampolining sessions.
- E3 - at least three of Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
If anything is unclear, it may be explained in the original timetable spreadsheet (PDF). If things are still foggy, talk to one of the head coaches.

National and Development Squads
There are four squads covered here: D1, D2, D3 and N4. The entitlements vary according to squad but they all follow the timetable below.
Squad entitlements are:
- D1 - any one session from the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening sessions.
- D2 - any two sessions from the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening sessions.
- D3 - at least three of the evening sessions, plus any early mornings.
- N4 - at least four of the evening sessions, plus any early mornings.

- M2 - the Monday and Thursday sessions.
- M3 - all of the sessions.

Adult Learn To Dive
The Adult Learn to Dive sessions run on Monday and Thursday evenings from 8.30pm to 9.30pm. We have a variety of divers from complete beginners to competitive ex-divers aged 16 upwards. Sessions cost £4.50 with reductions for students, OAP's, etc.
